Shipping is free on every order. We pack and dispatch within one to two business days, and delivery usually takes three to seven business days after that. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it leaves.

If it hasn’t shipped yet, usually yes — we can update the address or cancel. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number, since we can’t recall a parcel once it’s on the truck.
